Drink one glass of water 10 minutes before a meal, or 30 minutes after having meal. It allows the body to absorb the nutrients.

You can ask what actually counts as water? Please note that tea, coffee or juice does not count as water, because these drinks dehydrate your organism.

Adequate and regular water consumption has numerous health benefits. It can literally change your life for the better. When you’re properly hydrated, you can sleep better and think clearer. In addition, it also affects the immune system.
